after the rain resort wayanad

“Nature never betrayed the heart that loved her” said Wordsworth. At After The Rains village resort, this has been our guiding philosophy. Unlike many other hotels and resorts in Wayanad, we make sure that every possible step is undertaken to preserve the environment and practice sustainable measures in our daily routines.

During the construction extra effort was taken by the management to make sure that no tree, crop or valuable plant life was compromised. In our agricultural activities, with a team of dedicated crew who always stand by the soil, we ensure that only eco-friendly measures are used. We have used methods taught to us by the local planters, tribes and farmers in sustaining the ecology. Since After The Rains is a resort in Wayanad which shares its borders with a tropical rainforest, we share the environs with a variety of mammals, moths, birds and reptiles. Our policy is to live and let live!

We have formed healthy practices which can be briefly grouped under-
